Ingredients

3 tablespoons of mayonnaise

1 lavash bread

160 grams of canned tuna

Eggs, garlic

90 grams of processed cheese

Fresh cucumber

60 grams of lettuce

Step-by-step preparation
1
Boil and peel the egg, then grate it. Put the cheese in a bowl with mayonnaise, add chopped garlic, and mash with a fork. Add salt, and mix. It will be spread on lavash.
2
Open a can of tuna, and mash the pieces with a fork to a homogeneous paste. If at first there is a lot of liquid inside, then do not add everything at once, look at the consistency.
3
Cut the cucumber into very thin slices. Rinse the lettuce leaves. Instead of lettuce, you can use dill, parsley, or even napa cabbage, but be sure to remove the thick veins if using.
4
We take one large lavash and immediately cut the edges so that we get an even roll. Spread the entire lavash with the cheese mixture.
5
Arrange the filling in strips. Starting from the bottom, lay out the cucumber slices and move towards the center. Once the cucumber is used up, lay out the tuna in a strip. Follow it with the lettuce leaves or other greens.
6
We start rolling the lavash. Carefully lift the side with the cucumber, twist and turn several times. Wrap the finished roll in foil, and leave it for half an hour in the refrigerator. Then we take it out and cut it into pieces of the right size.
