Made from pasteurized cow’s milk with the addition of rennet for coagulation and mesophilic lactic acid bacteria starter culture. The cheese is hard, yellow in color, and when sliced, a network of small eyes is visible. It has a classic taste with a subtle note of roasted milk and a delicate milky aroma. This is a favorite snack and an excellent addition to sandwiches, salads, and cheese plates. Widely used in culinary applications, this fatty product melts easily. It is grated for breading, pizzas, and casseroles. Melted cheese is delicious and tender.
